Welcome to Inner Spirit Studio!
A power vinyasa studio: one long room of natural light, heated when the class calls for it.
A thousand square feet of natural light, with real heat, humidity and sound.

- SavasanaA cool towel at the end of every class.
Classes are never cancelled. Come at the last minute; your teacher will be there.
Our Culture
Inner Spirit belongs to Whippany and the towns around it, and to everyone who climbs the stairs.
I’m excited to introduce myself as the new studio owner!
I’m truly looking forward to getting to know everyone and continuing to make the studio a welcoming environment.
Have you noticed any change in the studio? There is a complimentary coffee bar! We are now offering cool towels during savasana! And please know that we will not be cancelling any classes, if you are a last minute drop in, know that your teacher will be there for you!
I have some new things in the works, and I can’t wait to share what’s coming up!
